With a background in talent management and corporate social responsibility, Katie understands both the systems and the people behind culture change, helping teams turn strategy into action that lasts.

She holds a Master’s in Industrial Relations and Human Resources and is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). Before joining CultureAlly, Katie led global sustainability and inclusion initiatives at large organizations, giving her firsthand insight into what makes strategy work across different sectors and sizes.
