    Angelle Whyte

    SR. FACILITATOR & LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT LEAD

    Angelle is a passionate inclusivity advocate, bringing a wealth of experience from her background in HR, Leadership, Training and Development, Change Management and Coaching. She strategically develops and delivers impactful learning with a focus on anti-racism, inclusion and diversity in the workplace.

    Ash Ramirez

    FACILITATOR
    Ash is a Trans Non-Binary Latine strategist, speaker, and creative producer with 9+ years of experience in LGBTQIA2S+ inclusion, facilitation, and organizational culture change. A featured SXSW speaker, they use storytelling and lived experience to help teams build spaces where everyone genuinely belongs.

  • Christa Engel, Facilitator

    Christa Engel

    FACILITATOR

    Christa is an adult educator and facilitator with a Master's in Education and a background spanning higher education, instructional design, and inclusive learning. Currently pursuing her PhD in Educational Policy and Leadership at the University of Alberta, she specializes in identifying organizational gaps and creating spaces where every learner feels welcome and supported.

    Dale Bennett

    FACILITATOR

    Dale, a proud member of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, has five years of experience as an educator. He holds a Bachelor of Education focused on the Aboriginal Teacher Education Program and a Master’s of Education in World Indigenous Studies from Queen’s University.

    Diana Montero

    FACILITATOR & CONSULTANT

    Diana, a workplace culture specialist with over a decade of experience, has notably impacted workplace culture at the Department of Defence and the Government Publishing Office. While pursuing a Doctorate in Public Policy, she is a board member of Fifty Shades of Purple.

    LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

    Emily completed her PhD in Education at the University of Toronto, specializing in sexual violence prevention, media literacy and curriculum design. Prior to joining the CultureAlly team, she worked as a university faculty member, in equity offices in higher education and on interdisciplinary research teams.

    Gari brings over 14 years of diverse professional experience, including 12 years as a Sales Trainer at DISH Network, where he honed his skills in developing and coaching sales teams to achieve excellence.

    In addition to community planning, Hanna has specialized experience working on Indigenous housing issues. As a survivor of multiple brain injuries, Hanna is an advocate for the disabled and brain injured communities, as well as for the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.

    Makeda Crane

    FACILITATOR

    Makeda is an attorney with over ten years of experience in legal advocacy, public service, and civil rights work. She has helped people navigate workplace discrimination issues, supported fair treatment in schools, and worked with public agencies on complex legal and communication matters. Makeda holds a law degree from the University of the District of Columbia and a bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Maryland.

    Matthew is a learning and development facilitator and leadership strategist with over a decade of experience in post-secondary institutions, where he guided teams and cultivated psychologically safe workplace cultures. He specializes in leadership, emotional intelligence, and inclusion.

    With a Master's in Education, and over a decade of experience as an educator and curriculum designer, Melicia is passionate about fostering cross-cultural understanding and creating inclusive learning spaces where all voices are valued. Guided by both her lived experience as an Afro-Canadian, neurodivergent woman of Jamaican ancestry, she fosters empathy and connection through dialogue.

    Ogho brings 18+ years of experience advising C-Suite leaders, analyzing policies through an intersectional equity lens, and managing media relations on complex social issues. Ogho holds certifications in Diversity and Inclusion Service Management (ISO 30415:2021), Intercultural Development (IDI), Leadership Development, and Mental Health First Aid.

    Sarah has over 10 years of experience designing workplace learning. With a DEI Certificate from Cornell University and a Master's in Meteorology, she brings an analytical mind and a genuine curiosity about human behavior to every session.

    Tui is a certified Human Resources professional and facilitator with experience supporting teams through complex workplace challenges across industries. Raised in rural North Carolina, she brings a practical, down-to-earth perspective — and a touch of Southern wit — to every session.

    After a decade in tech, Vinciane turned to this work to leverage her experience, challenging legacy practices. Now, she collaborates with various organizations to understand systemic oppression and build equitable workplaces.

    Winnie supports the delivery and evolution of CultureAlly’s eLearning platform.
