WHY ERG SUPPORT?
ERGs are powerful drivers of culture, when they’re set up to succeed. That’s where we come in.
Too often, ERG members are overwhelmed, under supported and expected to lead without clear direction. Good ideas stall out. The impact they could truly have? It never fully takes root.
Common Challenges
Unclear goals or roles
Burnout from being over-relied on
Ideas without execution
Lack of leadership buy-in or resourcing
We help ERGs build structure, find focus, and align with the bigger picture.
So they’re not just active, but effective.

I began my career in human rights law, often pushing organizations to do the right thing. I shifted to consulting to partner with leaders who see equity not just as a moral imperative, but as a strategic advantage. I wanted to be closer to the progress—helping build people-first cultures that strengthen teams and drive long-term success.”
