In addition, she creates strategic DEI tactics to meet organizational goals, develops and delivers inclusive learning with a focus on anti-racism, inclusion and diversity in the workplace. She is certified as a practitioner in Adult Education, DEI, Change Management and Leading Teams Through Change. Her vision is to help others discover their unique talents and utilize their life experiences to become their best selves and leave an impactful legacy. This is evident in her passion for mentoring, coaching and developing others.
