Creating Inclusive Workspaces

LIVE LEARNING OVERVIEW

group of construction employees

We all play a part in creating spaces where everyone feels valued, respected, and able to contribute. Even then, inclusion doesn’t happen on its own: it’s built through awareness, communication, and consistent everyday actions.

Through reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, this interactive workshop helps your team navigate and recognize bias, strengthen psychological safety, and build habits that foster belonging across teams. Plus, explore how inclusive behaviors impact trust, innovation, and collaboration. Your team will gain the tools and confidence to make inclusion and intentional, sustainable part of their everyday life.

  • Communicate more inclusively through tone, words, and nonverbal cues

  • Create psychologically safe spaces for collaboration and feedback

  • Take small, consistent actions that build trust and belonging over time

I received a significant amount of positive feedback from staff who did not expect to learn as much as they did in yesterday’s session. I am grateful for your ability to deliver the message in a clear and understandable manner.

“Accessible and digestible”

The topics covered are really heavy and, yet, your tone and approach – a balance of activism and allyship – made the content feel accessible and digestible. I strongly believe the 300+ attendees left with new learnings and a lot to think about.
