Before joining CultureAlly as Manager of Learning & Development, he held senior leadership roles at Starbucks Canada, where he led national initiatives in inclusion, career growth, and leadership development. A skilled facilitator and certified coach, Jeremy is passionate about creating authentic, inclusive learning environments that empower individuals and strengthen organizational culture.
