    • Pursuing a Doctorate in Public Policy and Administration

    Advocacy & Leadership:

    • Passionate about policy development and advocacy

    • Board member of Fifty Shades of Purple, supporting victims of bullying and abuse

Jeremy Jones-Juliá
  • Inclusive Leadership Coach: Jeremy is an experienced learning and development leader with over 15 years of experience in talent management, inclusion, and employee development. Before joining CultureAlly as Manager of Learning & Development, he held senior leadership roles at Starbucks Canada, where he led national initiatives in inclusion, career growth, and leadership development. A skilled facilitator and certified coach, Jeremy is passionate about creating authentic, inclusive learning environments that empower individuals and strengthen organizational culture.
